24/7 67-point In-Home Monitoring and Alert Services
A monitoring program installed into your computer will run 24/7 and monitor 67 different aspects of your computer system while the computer is in your home or business. Alerts will be sent to you by email once any possible computer problems are found. Thus you can take actions before they affect your normal computer use and prevent problems from getting worse.
Free Online Membership Site and Computer Tutorials
Each tutorial counts with a short video demonstration and a downloadable and printable step by step instructions sheet. You can also require specific tutorials on topics of your choice through the Computer Lifeguards online forum.
If your computer is stolen, make a report to the local police, then notify us. Our Theft Recovery Team will use special software to track the stolen computer and will provide local police with information they need to get it back and apprehend the thief.
Managed Antivirus and AntiSpyware Service
We will make sure the antivirus and antispyware software is running and up to date. We will proactively manage the software and ensure that all definitions are updated regularly and that the computer is scanned once a day.
We will make sure all tested and appropriate Windows updates are installed on your system.
Every week, we will perform an analysis of the data stored on your hard drive and clean up all temporary and unnecessary files to free up valuable disk space. We will also defragment your hard drive to restore speedy access to data and applications.
Local “Data Lifeguards” is a Data Backup and Disaster Recovery Service, which runs on your schedule. All your important data will be backed up and can be restored at your request when data loss happens.
The Backup and Disaster Recovery System will be monitored and maintained to ensure that successful data backup happens on schedule. Any problems found will be recorded, reported and solved at no extra charge before they affect your data.
When a hurricane, flood, fire or burglary happens, only Remote Backup can save you. By using our Data Lifeguards Service, your data will be transferred to a remote backup server through your high speed internet connection. So when disasters happen, your data will still safe on the remote server.
The files or folders to be backed up need to be provided and documented.
Computer Remote Control Service
Our Computer Remote Control Service allows you to control your computer from anywhere over the internet. Access your files or transfer files to/from the remote computer as needed.

Our software will control Internet use and block chosen users’ access to inappropriate websites and games. It will monitor instant messages and Social Network. The software will also analyze and report on PC Usage. If needed it will even send alerts on your cell phone or via email.
